Whether you are in boxing, basketball, MMA, indoor soccer or just working out, our center is focus on providing you with great customer service and create an atmosphere that is family oriented.

           Boxing Fitness for Adults & Children

Cardio-boxing is a combination of the traditional training movements of a boxer—including sparring, shadow boxing, and blows delivered to a boxing bag—structured so as to be performed in sequences, similar to those of aerobics classes, that have a primarily aerobic training effect.

           Multi-Purpose Cross Training Center

 

Our Multi-purpose cross training center is used for those who prefer to get out the stereotypical gym.  We provide 4 rooms for lifting weights (free, cable, machine, cardio, & functional training. Our gym is a hidden gem in Bakersfield,  which means you get to workout without waiting for equipment being used due to a busy gym.

           Indoor Soccer for Adults & Children

Indoor soccer or arena soccer, (known internationally as indoor football, minifootball, fast football, floorball or showball), is a game derived from association football adapted for play in a walled indoor arena.We have 4 tournaments a year for adults. 2 tournaments a year for youth.

           Squash Ball

 

Squash is a ball sport played by two (singles) or four players (doubles squash) in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. Squash is a fast-moving game that requires skill, speed and supreme fitness. The ballcan reach speeds of up to 170mph and players can burn 400 calories an hour.

Basketball is a sport enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities.  Basketball is a sport that builds competitive success upon training and strength conditioning programs that encompass a broad variety of physical requirements. Learn basic fundamentals of the court: shooting, dribbling, defense, speed and agility.
